EVPN is currently in a closed pilot. These terms govern use of the public website and the TestFlight iOS client. EVPN is a free service: there is no subscription, no paid tier and no checkout.

1. Agreement

By accessing https://evpn.com you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service is operated by FinDech UAB. Corporate registration details will be published when confirmed.

2. Prelaunch status

EVPN is in development. Until public launch announcements:

  • Client applications may be unavailable. The iOS client is in development; other platforms are planned
  • Network locations shown may be planned rather than live
  • No production VPN service should be assumed to be running

Marketing or interface previews do not create a live VPN session in your browser.

3. Cost

EVPN is free to use. There is no subscription, no paid tier, no checkout and no recurring billing, and no privacy feature is withheld behind a payment.

The service is funded by clearly labelled commercial placements shown on EVPN-owned surfaces — the EVPN website and the EVPN applications. Those placements are never targeted using VPN traffic, DNS queries, destination addresses or browsing history. See the Why Free page and the Privacy Policy for detail.

Because there is no purchase, there is nothing to cancel and no refund process. If a paid product is ever introduced, it will be described here before it exists.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. EVPN must not be used for unlawful surveillance, abuse, fraud, or other illegal activity. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the network, users or legal compliance.

5. Installations and optional accounts

Using the VPN does not require an account. If optional accounts are introduced later — for example to sync settings between your devices — you will be responsible for credential security and for activity under your account, subject to applicable law. Any device limits will be stated plainly at that time.

6. No absolute anonymity warranty

A VPN can improve private connectivity. It does not guarantee anonymity, censorship resistance, malware protection, or streaming compatibility. See the Security page for an explicit threat-model discussion.

Commercial placements are labelled (Sponsored, Affiliate, Partner offer or From FinDech) and link to websites EVPN does not operate. Once you follow such a link, the other company’s terms and privacy policy apply. EVPN does not warrant third-party products or services.

Placements never affect routing, tunnel security or connection behaviour, and the VPN continues to work if the promotion system is unavailable.

8. Service availability

EVPN is provided free of charge and without availability commitments. During the pilot no SLA is offered. After a public launch, any uptime targets will be stated honestly and will not invent “99.99%” claims without operational basis.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and software are owned by FinDech UAB or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The website and any pilot materials are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
