Last updated: 2026-08-08
EVPN is intended for private, lawful internet use. These rules apply to the website and, when available, the VPN service.
Permitted use
- Private browsing and ordinary encrypted connectivity
- Reducing exposure on untrusted networks
- Lawful remote access and development workflows
- Security research conducted in good faith and within legal bounds
Prohibited use
You may not use EVPN to:
- Commit or facilitate crime
- Distribute malware or operate botnets
- Engage in fraud, phishing or identity theft
- Conduct unauthorised intrusion into systems
- Harass, stalk or threaten others
- Violate child protection laws
- Infringe intellectual property at commercial scale in knowing violation of law
- Abuse network resources in ways that degrade service for others
- Attempt to bypass EVPN abuse or security controls
Network abuse
Scanning, flooding or other high-impact abusive traffic may result in temporary or permanent suspension. Shared egress means misuse by one user can harm many — we take that seriously.
Reporting
Report abuse or security issues through the Support page or the security email when published.
Enforcement
FinDech UAB may investigate reports, cooperate with lawful process where required, and suspend service to protect users and infrastructure. Suspension decisions will be proportionate to the evidence available.
